17С начала года все обязательства по налогам и взносам перечисляются единым налоговым платежом (ЕНП). ФНС ответила на часто задаваемые вопросы о ЕНС и ЕНП.
В частности, для перечисления ЕНП служба рекомендует формировать платежку не вручную, а через сервис ФНС либо учетную (бухгалтерскую) программу. Это позволит заполнить реквизиты автоматически и исключит возможные ошибки.
Для перечисления ЕНП используются общие для всех налогоплательщиков реквизиты. Место их постановки на налоговый учет, а также место нахождения объектов налогообложения роли не играют.
В поле 105 «ОКТМО» платежного поручения указывают «0».
В поле 101 платежки в качестве статуса платежа указывают «01».
В случае если банк не примет платежку с нулевым значением ОКТМО, ФНС рекомендует отразить в этом поле другое значение ОКТМО. Оно должно состоять из 8 знаков. Служба обещает, что перечисленные таким образом средства будут приняты и зачтены на ЕНС в качестве ЕНП.
Указывать код 02 в поле 101 следует, когда организация или ИП подают платежки в 2023 году в качестве уведомлений об исчисленных суммах.
